HOA Directors are elected by a vote of homeowners at a meeting of Members held annually.  Directors are elected for three-year terms, with terms staggered so that one Director is elected each year.  Officers are elected by the Board of Directors.  The President and Vice President of the HOA must also be Directors.

  -  Chelsea Lawley, Director and Secretary

  -  Chris Todd, Treasurer
