Huntington Pines HOA is funded by assessments against each of the 44 residential lots within the neighborhood.  The current rate of assessment is $162 per month per residence.

The accounting books of Huntington PInes HOA are kept on a calendar-year basis.  They are maintained by and kept in the possession of Chris Todd, Treasurer of the Association.  Members of the Association may arrange to examine the books by contacting Chris Todd.
