All outdoor changes and/or improvements within Huntington Pines must be approved in advance by the Architectural Control Committee ("ACC").  By way of example, some of the items that need prior approval include (but are not limited to) house paint color, fences, patios, decks, roofs, doors, exterior lighting, landscaping, driveways, and sidewalks.  The HOA has the authority to require a homeowner to remove or change any unapproved architectural modification.

The ACC is comprised of the current Association Directors.  Requests for ACC review and approval of homeowner changes or improvements may be submitted to any HOA Director.

Some modifications may also require approval and/or a building permit from the City of Greenwood Village.

If you have any changes or improvements that require approval by the ACC, please contact either Bernie Hockenberry (303-220-0429) or Peter Brookens.
